The Barn: Hobart, Tasmania

Hobart is a pretty special place, it is definitely one of my favourite destinations in Australia. We visited again in February and staying at The Barn made our visit one that we would never forget.

The Pump House: Lake St Clair, Tasmania

Originally built in the 1940s as part of the Hydro Electricity Scheme, the Pump House was built to accomodate the massive turbines that would pump water from Lake St Clair to the near by lagoon and fed to the Tarraleah Power Station, if required.

There is so much to see and do in Barcelona but one of the biggest draw cards to Barcelona for us were all the amazing buildings designed by Antoni Gaudí.

And onto our final stop of the trip. After 3 weeks of travelling we touched down in beautiful Barcelona. Many people have told me that Barcelona is their favourite city in Europe and I have to admit I am now one of those people.
